Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
These terms govern your use of Mission to Truth. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Mission to Truth, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app. Mission to Truth is a biblical study platform provided to help users explore Scripture, learn Hebrew, and grow in biblical understanding.
Description of Service
Mission to Truth provides Scripture reading tools, Bible study resources, Hebrew language lessons, a prayer wall, fellowship community features, family worship resources, biblical image galleries, maps and timelines, ancient text libraries, and related educational content. The app is freely available to all registered users. Optional voluntary donations may be offered but are never required to access any feature.
User Accounts
To access the full features of Mission to Truth, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported OAuth provider (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should use the app with parental guidance and consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Mission to Truth respectfully and lawfully. When using community features (prayer wall, fellowship posts, comments), you agree not to: post content that is offensive, hateful, or discriminatory; spam or repeatedly post irrelevant content; impersonate another person; share personal or private information about others without consent; promote violence or illegal activities; or attempt to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
Content and Intellectual Property
Scripture text is derived from the World English Bible (WEB), which is in the public domain. AI-assisted analysis is used to refine translations and provide Hebrew word studies, always seeking to faithfully represent the original text. User-generated content (prayer requests, fellowship posts, comments) remains the property of the user, but you grant Mission to Truth a license to display and moderate that content within the app. We use the names YHWH, Elohim, Adonai, and Yeshua to reflect the original Hebrew perspective of Scripture.
Donations
Mission to Truth accepts voluntary donations to support app development, hosting, and continued maintenance. Donations are processed securely through Stripe. All features of the app remain completely free regardless of whether you donate. Donations are voluntary contributions, not payments for goods or services.
Refund Policy
Because all donations are voluntary and no goods or services are provided in exchange, donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error or was unauthorized, please contact us at missiontotruthapp@gmail.com within 30 days of the transaction and we will review your request. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Recurring (monthly) donations can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by emailing us, and the cancellation will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. For issues with a Stripe charge, you may also contact your card issuer or Stripe directly.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By using Mission to Truth, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Mission to Truth is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for accuracy in Scripture text, Hebrew translations, and educational content, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. The app is an educational tool and not a substitute for personal study, pastoral guidance, or professional counsel. Scripture study and interpretation are personal matters; we encourage you to test everything against the Word.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mission to Truth and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
